Ms. Melanie

Many people search for years to figure out what they want to be when they grow up and never find their niche.  It took me 12 years after graduating from college to figure out that caring for children, families, and our staff is what I do.

Ms. Amelia

Working with the families here has been an amazing experience. I love being able to find a spot for new families to enter in and join our TLV family!

Ms. Nataly
Assistant Director

I truly can't imagine working with better families and staff. Our children can brighten any cloudy day which makes work...hardly work at all. It is a blessing to be a part of our TLV family.

Ms. Stacy
Infant Teacher

Working with infants I have learned so much about how to play and have fun. Watching them hit milestones is always so exciting.

Ms. Rachel
Infant Teacher

Being an infant teacher is the most rewarding job I’ve ever had! I love helping the infants reach their developmental goals and adore seeing their smiling faces each day! It is so fun to watch our infants grow and make new friends! The past ten years of teaching has taught me so much and I strive to continue my education and build strong bonds with each family that comes through our doors!

Ms. Jocelyn
Ones Teacher

If teaching has taught me anything, it's that there is no such thing as a normal day. Some days may be crazy, but all it takes to get through a day is a loving heart and an open mind.

Ms. Jamie

I find joy in teaching young minds while watching them learn and grow. It makes my whole soul happy seeing them reach new milestones and gain new abilities!

Ms. Jasmyne
Twos Teacher

You know you're a teacher when you're having a bad morning until you get to work and see the smiles on those little faces and somehow, your troubles just melt away for awhile.

Ms. Lexie
Twos Teacher

Everyone has heard of the terrible twos, but I think of it as the teachable twos. This is where they can start to retain the most, so take the time with a two year old and learn from them while they learn from you.

Ms. Nadine
Preschool Teacher

As a teacher of young children, I have always found it funny, but endearing, when my preschoolers ask me "Where do you work?". They truly see their teacher as one of them- a friend, a helper, a playmate. Teachers build relationships, teachers change lives, teachers make learning fun. Each and every day a child I have taught has impacted my life and my teaching in some way for the better.  One of my favorite teacher quotes is this: "They may forget what you said, but they will not forget how you made them feel".

Ms. Jodee
Preschool Teacher

I always have a good time working with the preschoolers. I often get at least 100 good laughs a day from them.

Ms. Mallory
Pre-K 1 Teacher

Being a Pre-K teacher is like going to a family reunion every day of your life. You are constantly fielding uncomfortable questions from well-intentioned busybodies about your personal life, marital status, plans for children, and why you've chosen to do that thing with your hair.

Ms. Margie
Pre-K 2 Teacher

"Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning.

-Mr. Rogers"

Ms. Cathy

"I love watching the babies grow and that I'm a part of that."

Sarah Hubauer
School Age Teacher

I am passionate about the development of young minds and thinking of the impact they will have on our world in the future.
